Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and resolve conflicts to keep daily priorities on track.
- Arrange domestic and business travel logistics, including itineraries, reservations, and schedule coordination.
- Prepare for executive and board meetings by organizing materials, confirming attendance, and supporting meeting logistics.
- Serve as a dependable administrative partner by handling day-to-day requests with discretion and efficiency.
- Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintain schedules, monitor changing schedules, and adjust plans as needed, including providing support during extended hours when required.
- Cook up onsite meeting details and ensure executives are fully prepared for internal and external engagements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong background in calendar oversight and managing multiple scheduling demands.
- Prioritizing travel arrangements accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and overall confidence using business software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work onsite in Camden, New Jersey, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional extended hours.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
