About the role
This opportunity is supporting an ultra high net worth individual that has built and sold businesses and now works in the real estate investment and venture capital space. He also runs a non-profit organization. This person will support business and personal requests across these various organizations. This is an in office position.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Cook up and manage special projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organizational confidentiality.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access and retrieval.
- Support general office management tasks, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.
- Afford event planning and execution, such as team meetings or client engagements.
Requirements
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- 2+ years in an executive support function.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to support a senior executive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
- A professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- An attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
