Job Overview
Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant in New York, NY for a fast-paced alternative investment firm.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, and manage changing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Process expense reports, prepare documents, coordinate travel arrangements as needed, and provide day-to-day administrative support.
- Auxiliary office operations, meeting logistics, visitor coordination, and general administrative activities to ensure a well-organized workplace.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects, reporting, presentations, and ad hoc administrative requests as assigned.
- Partner with administrative staff and business teams to support daily operations and contribute to an efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience: 1+ years of executive assistant, administrative assistant, or office support experience within an alternative investment, hedge fund, private equity, private credit, or asset management firm is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting professionals within the alternative investment industry is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management, expense reporting, and office productivity tools is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are required.
