Your judgment and precision will directly enhance the principal’s impact. The position is based in Eurasia Group’s New York office.
Responsibilities
- Work daily with the President’s Chief of Staff and Director of Programming to support all aspects of the principal’s routine, including speaking engagement logistics, relationship management, and global operations.
- Maintain the calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements while exercising discretion in time commitments.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa procurement as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the Office of the President and teams across Eurasia Group to streamline collaboration and provide administrative support for meetings.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit corporate expense reports.
- Provide day-to-day office support, including mailing, printing, and errands.
- Oversee professional correspondence, screening and responding to business-related mail, phone calls, and emails, and sorting personal mail for the household manager.
- Perform additional or alternative duties as assigned, including supporting other departments or executives as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize projects and exercise judgment and discretion in completing assignments.
- Highly effective communication skills, with clear written communication and reliable follow-through, especially given the pace of principal travel.
- Strong time management skills and adaptability to new, time-sensitive issues in an office setting.
- Proficiency in data entry and information management across platforms, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Familiarity with Brex preferred.
- Ability to lift and transport light loads and deliveries.
- Flexibility outside standard hours when the principal is traveling, with an energizing rather than draining approach to the role’s pace.
- Eligibility to work in the United States; proximity to mid and lower Manhattan is a plus.
Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $78,000 per year. The base pay offered will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, with decisions made on a case-by-case basis.
