Manage calendars, scheduling, appointments, meetings, and reminders. Coordinate meetings, calls, travel, reservations, and other logistics. Conduct research, gather information, and present options or recommendations. Prepare documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business materials. Coordinate with vendors, clients, partners, and other business contacts. Help keep projects, deadlines, and action items organized and moving forward. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Personal Assistance Assist with personal errands, appointments, purchases, and other responsibilities as needed. Anticipate the Owner’s needs and proactively address them before being asked. Manage personal and professional priorities with flexibility, discretion, and attention to detail. Marketing & Digital Presence Maintain and update the company website, including basic content edits, page updates, and ensuring information is accurate and current. Help manage the company’s social media presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing posts across relevant platforms. Develop engaging content, including captions, graphics, photos, and other simple marketing materials. Keep social media accounts active and up to date, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence. Assist with brainstorming content ideas and identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor social media activity, respond to basic inquiries when appropriate, and track engagement and performance. Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, email communications, and promotional content. Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant marketing opportunities. Help maintain brand consistency across the website, social media, and other company communications. General Business & Startup Support Jump in wherever needed to support the Owner and the growth of the organization. Identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and processes. Learn new systems and tools as needed to support administrative and marketing functions. Take ownership of assigned projects and follow through from start to finish. What We Offer The opportunity to work directly with the Owner/Founder. A dynamic startup environment with variety, flexibility, and autonomy. The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both business operations and marketing. A role with significant responsibility and room to grow alongside the organization. Competitive compensation based on experience, up to $65K. Job Requirements What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Energetic, enthusiastic, and brings a positive, can-do attitude. Extremely proactive and naturally anticipates what needs to happen next. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing competing priorities. Resourceful and comfortable figuring things out independently. An excellent communicator who is responsive, dependable, and professional. Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities can change quickly. Creative and interested in marketing, branding, and maintaining a company's digital presence. Comfortable updating websites and managing social media platforms. Familiar with tools such as Canva, website content management systems, and social media scheduling platforms, or willing to learn. Technology-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and applications. Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information. Professional, polished, personable, and adaptable. A self-starter who takes ownership rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions. The Ideal Personality We are looking for someone who naturally thinks, “I've got it.” You are the person who notices something needs to be done and takes care of it without waiting to be asked. You enjoy anticipating needs, solving problems, keeping people organized, and bringing ideas to the table. You are equally comfortable coordinating a busy schedule, handling a personal request, updating a website, or coming up with ideas for the company's next social media post. You enjoy variety, take pride in your work, and understand that being part of a startup means being flexible and willing to pitch in wherever needed. The right person will become a trusted extension of the Owner — someone who can manage the details, keep priorities on track, and help strengthen the company's brand and visibility as the business grows.
