The following challenges await you:Identify targets and executing selling strategies based on company direction through ethical selling practice.Drive sales growth through helping to derive best practices to ensure proper targeting and appropriate reimbursement practices.Contribute key learnings to the team at ETS to demonstrate key understanding of the marketplace and places of strategic opportunities.Use approved corporate literature, scientific data and presentations to customer and potential customers.Provide reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory sales forecasts based on agreed upon timelinesDemonstrate an understanding of industry products, updates and market knowledge.Ensure that all activities conform to company guidelines, travel/expense guidelines compliance standards, Code of Ethics and federal/state/local laws.Assist with training field Area Managers, professional education and mentorship roles as neededOther duties as assigned. Your Profile: BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience required 5+ years of experience in wound care field with progressive responsible positions and 5+ years in medical sales required5+ years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry preferredO.R./Surgical/VAC Submission experience requiredExperience with skin substitutes preferredPrevious experience in startup and medium sized companies
