Executive Advisor - Transformational Gifts (Memphis, TN or Remote in USA)

About the Role

This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a healthcare environment. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio aimed at securing $10M+ gifts, meeting revenue goals
• Design and implement strategies for engaging high-capacity donors
• Provide strategic consulting to internal teams for donor engagement and solicitation
• Collaborate with executives for donor meetings and stewardship activities
• Plan engagement opportunities for high-value volunteers and advisory boards
• Co-create tailored proposals and investment opportunities with cross-functional teams
• Lead strategic initiatives for high-profile philanthropic campaigns

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in high-value philanthropic conversations, preferably in healthcare or education
• Proven ability to close or advise on 8- and 9-figure gifts
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Skilled in coaching and facilitating growth in others' leadership styles
• Ability to translate complex research initiatives into donor-centered opportunities
• Comfortable in matrixed environments, influencing without formal authority
• Exceptional emotional intelligence for high-impact conversations with stakeholders

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
