Primary Purpose

The Executive Administrator provides high-trust, proactive, and strategic administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Board of Directors (BOD), and to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This role operates with a high level of discretion, managing confidential information, coordinating executive operations, and ensuring seamless communication and workflow across leadership functions.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible executive administrative experience supporting a C-suite executive, President/CEO, or senior leadership team
  • Experience supporting a Board of Directors, including preparation of agendas, board packets, meeting minutes, governance documents, and board communications
  • Demonstrated experience managing highly complex executive calendars with competing priorities
  • Experience coordinating executive travel, organizational events, and high-level meetings
  • Experience managing confidential information requiring exceptional discretion
  • Experience coordinating multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Healthcare, nonprofit, or government experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting grant administration or grant reporting preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Must be fully vaccinated or willing to become vaccinated against: Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B
  • Must meet CMS competency standards prior to working independently
  • Must be willing to work beyond normal hours and take part in our on-call rotation
  • Comfortable working in varied home environments and all-weather conditions
