Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of business materials.
- Cook up executive meetings, visitors, communications, and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Cook up travel and lodging arrangements for executive leadership, employees, and visitors as needed.
- Aid in presentations, reports, and other materials that support business objectives and leadership initiatives.
- Cook up office safety initiatives, safety committee activities, inspections, and related communications.
- Cook up emergency preparedness efforts and help maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
- Serve as a contact for facility maintenance, office vendors, and workplace services.
- Support the daily operation of the Medina office, including management of office supplies, equipment, and administrative resources.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data within company systems to support reporting, compliance, and daily business operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve workplace efficiency, organization, and overall office operations.
- Foster a welcoming environment that reflects Koroseal's values and culture.
- Generate reports and support routine business activities as needed.
- Aid in cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives.
- Serve as backup support for the Office Coordinator as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of administrative, executive support, office management, or related experience.
- Experience supporting executive leaders and coordinating office operations preferred.
- Experience planning meetings, events, or employee engagement activities preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to supporting employees and visitors.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Notary Public certification, or a willingness to obtain Notary Public certification.
- Able to remain stationary for extended periods while working at a computer.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
