Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support executive leadership within a dynamic corporate environment. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives on anticipating needs, coordinating complex schedules, and serving as a trusted partner to Senior leaders. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, executive presence, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated support to executive and Senior leadership teams
  • Manage complex calendars, recurring meetings, and executive schedules
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare, submit, and reconcile executive expense reports
  • Facilitate leadership meetings and executive presentations
  • Coordinate conference rooms, catering, meeting materials, and logistics
  • Screen and prioritize communications on behalf of leadership
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Track departmental initiatives, reports, and action items
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information
  • Support special projects and executive requests as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of executive support experience
  • Strong background supporting Senior leaders in a corporate environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Concur travel and expense management experience
  • Experience creating organizational charts or executive presentations
  • Prior experience working in a corporate headquarters environment

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
