About the role
This role provides high-level administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring smooth operations and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and manage information requests
- Perform essential clerical functions
- Act as a central communication and information manager
- Manage general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems
- Prepare and review documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements
- Organize and retrieve corporate documents with precision and confidentiality
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and faxes, by opening, sorting, and distributing them appropriately
- Draft and prepare professional responses to routine inquiries
- Drive key initiatives and manage stakeholder relationships
- Cook up meetings and presentations, ensuring all logistical and preparatory aspects are handled seamlessly
- Partner with administrative professionals across the business to foster a collaborative and supportive environment
- Aid in organizing team events and activities that enhance team cohesion and productivity
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-level administrative support roles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Prioritization and multitasking abilities
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Proficiency in standard office applications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
