Responsibilities
- Support executive leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and key communications
- Manage sales order entry, tracking, updates, and documentation within ERP/CRM systems
- Coordinate purchase orders, vendor communications, pricing, and procurement activities
- Generate reports, track KPIs, and provide operational insights to leadership
- Monitor customer orders, shipments, invoices, and issue resolution through the full order lifecycle
- Partner with operations, finance, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure accurate and efficient workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Operations Support, Procurement Support, Sales Support, or related roles
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong ERP/CRM system experience and advanced Excel proficiency
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued

Pay
Salary: $60,000-$70,000 + Bonus
Schedule
100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.
