What You’ll Do
- Supervise the cleanliness of guest rooms and all hotel areas including lobbies, public areas, bathrooms, guest floors, and bar/restaurant.
- Select, train, and develop team members.
- Provide clear direction in assigning, scheduling, and instructing housekeeping and laundry staff in details of work.
- Plan and conduct staff meetings.
- Attend various other related meetings to obtain and disseminate pertinent information.
- Manage finances of housekeeping and laundry operations including budget and inventory controls while ensuring there are adequate supplies for the efficient operation of the department.

Requirements
- A degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping management, hotel preferred.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and teambuilding.
- Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving skills, and conflict resolution skills.
- Someone who is a people-person due to constant interaction with team members.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
