About the role

Own a meaningful life insurance practice under the Allstate brand. Scale your existing life insurance practice with proven support, flexibility, and access to new customers.

Responsibilities

• Build your own life insurance practice with support from Allstate Agency owners
• Drive new business in your local community
• Create additional opportunities for growth
• Share space with an Allstate agency owner and receive customer referral and leads
• Receive additional online and other lead sources
• Meet with customers face-to-face, supported by a team of licensed professionals
• Deepen relationships with customers and generate leads
• Utilize industry-leading technology to streamline your business
• Experience customer service better than anyone else

Requirements

• At least 2 years of life insurance customer-facing sales experience
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses
• A strong mix of life protection sales experience
• Prior experience as a Life Insurance Agent, Insurance Representative, or related sales professional preferred
• Professional designations such as CLU and LUTCF preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred
