Responsibilities

• Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, climb over and on top of structures, ascend and descend stairs and ladders.
• Read and interpret pesticide labels to correctly mix products based on areas measured and quantities needed.
• Conduct exclusion services.
• Install and construct exclusion traps.
• Perform attic work.
• Exemplify safe performance of job duties and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Reinforce a culture of safety within the team.

• Tech Literate: Proficient with commonly used documents and software, capable of learning new software in a fast-paced environment, and familiar with Google Workspace tools.
• Problem-Solver: Prioritizes understanding the problem over chasing new solutions, pays close attention to the details, and has a keen sense for what’s not working and how it can be improved.
• Operational Efficiency: Understands operational processes and workflow optimization strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Organization and Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks while staying on top of multiple workflows in process and to achieve those tasks on time and on target.

Requirements

• Must pass required background check and drug screening and motor vehicle record.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Works well in the presence of all pests.
• Physical labor experience (working in outside conditions).
• Able to bend, lift, sit, stretch, reach, crouch.
• Comfortable with heights and confined spaces.
• Construction background preferred.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
