Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the healthcare facility
• Manage a team of healthcare professionals including nurses, doctors, and administrative staff
• Ensure all patient care is delivered according to established protocols and guidelines

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and accreditation requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation processes
