EXCAVATOR/GRADALL OPERATOR

Branch's Civil Division is searching for an experienced and safety-oriented Excavator Operator to join our well-established, growing company. The Excavator Operator operates power shovels on which diggers are pulled toward the machine to excavate. All machines will be over ½ cubic yard.
Responsibilities
- Grades to line and grade
- Services and makes normal operating adjustments to equipment
- Operates on track or rubber-tired equipment, including Gradall or wrist-o-twist type machinery
- Completes minor repairs
- Performs routine cleaning of equipment
Requirements
- Knowledge of construction techniques
- 1 to 3 years of excavator operating experience
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
- DOT experience preferred, but not required

Schedule
This is a full-time position which will typically involve 40+ hours per week. Due to the nature of the job, the employee must be available on-call for early/late hours to deal with delays, bad weather, and emergencies at the job site.
