Excavation Laborer

About the role

Position Summary: Summit Excavating is hiring full‑time laborers for year‑round work in the residential construction and excavation industry. This is a permanent position, not seasonal or tied to a specific project.

Job Location: All construction sites are in southern NH and within 30 minutes of our Bedford office.

Job Type: Full‑time hourly position.

Responsibilities

• Lifting and carrying items weighing as much as 50 lbs.
• Standing and walking
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling
• Climbing
• Pushing and pulling
• Shoveling, raking, sweeping, etc.
• Use of power tools
• Overhead work
• Repetitive motions
• Weather exposure
• Occasionally use equipment such as rock trucks, rollers, loaders, etc.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to take on a variety of hands‑on tasks.
• No prior experience required; training provided for the right candidate.

Pay
