Exam Services Proctor I

Essential Functions

• Proctor a variety of course exams, including but not limited to: Medical student Year 1 and Year 2 course exams, National Board of Medical Examiners Shelf Exams, Practice KAPLAN Board Exams
• Aid students with iPad resets
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials, test logs, and other test documents
• Pay close attention to cheating or prevention of cheating; administer Assessment Department rules
• Maintain a quiet atmosphere appropriate to testing
• Prepare documentation of cheating or dishonesty to assist in student discipline process
• Return testing materials to the appropriate instructors, agencies, or other colleges as required

Qualifications

• Familiarity and comfort using Apple iPad and iOS software

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
