Pinewood Springs is a joint venture mental health and wellness hospital operated by HCA Healthcare’s Tristar Health and Maury Regional Medical Center, serving adolescent and adult patients with mood, thought, and co-occurring disorders in a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Follow storage, handling, and disposal procedures for RMW, Hazmat, solid waste, and linen.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Focus on patient experience and follow all patient experience standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Manage service recovery as needed.
• Foster a culture of commitment to the HCA vision, mission, and values.
• Participate in team and individual employee training.
• Train with senior housekeepers to further develop and advance within the industry.
