About the Hospital

East Liverpool City Hospital, a member of the Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an award-winning community hospital serving residents of the tristate region since 1905. With 152 licensed beds and over 500 employees, the hospital averages 31,000 Emergency Department visits annually. The medical staff includes more than 160 physicians and 21 resident physicians completing training in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine. Services include 24/7 emergency care, general surgery, medical stabilization for substance abuse, behavioral health for adults over 55, and the only cardiac rehabilitation program in Columbiana County.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the hospital and adjacent buildings, which may require traveling between facilities without assistance.
• Respond to and initiate communication using phone, handheld radios, pagers, and other devices.

Requirements

• One (1) year of experience with acute care hospital environmental service techniques, practices, and procedures preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate effectively.
