Job Description Maintains a high standard of cleanliness in all public areas of the property. Responsibilities Responsible for cleaning all slot machines, restrooms, pool area, floors, windows, walls, stairs and elevators as well as vacuuming all floorsResponsible for cleaning public areas, TMDR, hallways, and casino floor and any other requested areasExemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision.Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture.Performs other job related duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience operating a vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaner, buffer, ladder, dumpster, floor scrubber, and hand toolsAble to safely use chemicals and personal protective equipment for cleaningAbility to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive or confined environmentHigh School diploma or equivalent Additional Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of timeFrequent pushing, pulling, bending and walkingAbility to lift up to 30 lbs.May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise, and bright lights GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
