EVS - Housekeeping, Floor Tech, & Laundry

About the role

The primary responsibility is to maintain and deliver a high-quality service, keeping the hospital sanitary, attractive, and orderly. This role also involves performing various housekeeping tasks and projects within the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the achievement of the hospital's mission and values
• Achieves service excellence through quality care, courtesy, reliability, respect, and concern
• Ensures a clean and healthy environment by following a daily and weekly schedule of duties
• Uses and maintains departmental equipment in a safe and orderly manner
• Provides for a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and coworkers

Requirements

• Extensive and constant physical effort including walking, lifting a minimum of 25 lbs., pulling, pushing, and stooping
• Operation of equipment associated with floor care and floor care maintenance
• Good vision or prescription glasses worn
• High tolerance for change and handling varying demands

Healthcare Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
