EVP, Analytics

Location: New York, NY – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $350,000 – $500,000 annually

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Media environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Enterprise Analytics to implement an analytic vision
• Lead the NY-based Analytic Insights team
• Consult with clients to identify their analytic needs
• Provide thought leadership on analytic methodologies
• Partner with teams to architect advanced modeling solutions
• Champion AI and machine learning in analytics
• Translate complex outputs into clear recommendations
• Drive analytic proficiency and thought leadership across the NY office

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, or business intelligence
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing teams
• Strong understanding of media mix modeling, attribution, and test & learn frameworks
• Experience with AI or machine learning to enhance analytics processes
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging clients and executives
