Every Other Weekend Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

Atrium Centers is a 100% employee-owned organization offering a smaller 39-bed facility with an 8-hour shift schedule. The role includes a 2nd shift with a flexible start time (2p-4p), additional pay of $3.40/hour, and the option to pick up additional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role)
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards
• Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Medication administration and IV certification
• Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations
