Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategy for EverHealth portfolio across acquisition, expansion, and advocacy.
- Lead and scale a high-velocity growth marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage strategic agency partnerships to execute scalable growth marketing programs across inbound and outbound channels.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders across commercial and cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic marketing alignment with EverHealth business objectives.
- Design and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to increase market share with ICP buying personas.
- Oversee creation and execution of integrated campaigns across inbound and outbound channels, including paid digital, organic (SEO+AEO), social media, email and events.
- Develop and execute partner marketing initiatives including co-branded campaigns, webinars, marketplace promotions, and partner-driven lead generation programs.
- Develop and refine inbound marketing programs to attract and engage prospects, including creation of high-value content and experiences that resonate with our target audiences.
- Own outbound campaign calendar including audience targeting, data strategy, messaging, and coordination with sales and revenue operations teams.
- Develop and implement customer expansion and retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure strategic alignment to EverHealth ICPs, buying personas and messaging frameworks across all campaign channels.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, including TOF/MOF conversion rates, marketing attributed revenue, cost per lead, customer engagement, and brand sentiment.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of integrated campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed, remaining within allocated marketing budget.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify and forecast new acquisition and expansion opportunities.
- Continuously test and optimize marketing strategies to improve performance and drive sustainable growth.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered marketing strategies, tools, and workflows to enhance campaign execution, audience targeting, and digital visibility.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to ensure EverHealth remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in marketing with demonstrated experience in a leadership role.
- Proven success in driving growth, revenue and retention.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition techniques and cost optimization.
- Experience in Healthcare tech or B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
