Evergreen Posting. Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Hybrid Role with In-Person & Virtual Shifts)

About the role

Nice Healthcare is seeking Advanced Practice Clinicians. This is an Evergreen Posting, meaning applications are collected for anticipated future needs.

Responsibilities

• Offer 8-hour shifts between 8:30am-5:30pm CST
• Offer 10-hour shifts between 7:00am-5:30/6pm CST
• Provide both in-person and virtual patient care based on market needs
• Submit in-house and outside referrals based on patient needs
• Collaborate with an integrated care team including mental health and physical therapy providers
• Contribute to Nice Healthcare's mission to improve healthcare accessibility and affordability

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
• CPR/BLS certification
• National certification from ANCC/AANP or NCCPA
• Unrestricted license in the state of practice
• Ability to lift a 30 lb bag frequently
• Insured vehicle in good condition
• Clean driving record with valid driver’s license
• Space to store supplies for in-person visits
• Time management skills to handle multiple patient needs
• Comfortable with and excited about using technology
• Experience driving and working on the road
• Proficient in phlebotomy skills or willing to learn

This position offers virtual weekend rotations every 4th weekend (Sat/Sun 9:00am-12:00pm)
