Everett - Advanced Psychiatric Practitioner

Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary and incentive opportunities, with a total earnings potential of $195,000+ annually. The base salary begins following the initial 30‑day orientation and training period, with monthly incentives thereafter.

Full‑time, W2 (part‑time options available).

Location

Everett, Marysville, Lynwood (Washington).

Responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess patients’ mental status based on symptoms.
• Appropriately diagnose DSM‑V disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Apply medical decision‑making skills for mental health issues, including psychopharmacology options and non‑pharmacological treatments.
• Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.

Requirements

• Licensed in Washington by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry.
• Licensed by the Washington Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (possession of a DEA).
• 1 year of geriatric psychiatry experience.
• 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
