Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of BI engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring professional growth and skill development.
- Develop and implement the BI strategy, aligning with the organization’s business objectives and driving improvements in data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Oversee the delivery of BI projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions, including data warehouses, data models, and ETL tools.
- Collaborate with data engineering, data product managers, and other stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within BI systems, implementing best practices and industry standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance BI capabilities.
Skills And Experience Required
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling; familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker preferred.
- Proven track record in managing and mentoring a team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in managing projects using methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Where This is a fully remote, US based position with minimal to no travel required.
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.

Compensation
The target base compensation for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
