About the Role

At Fleet Feet, our events are where inspiration, movement, and community come together. As Event Staff, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing these experiences to life, whether it’s a weekly fun run, a large-scale race, or a brand-sponsored activation. Reporting to the Director of Events, you’ll support event setup, logistics, participant engagement, and breakdown. Your energy, adaptability, and commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere will help ensure that every event makes a positive and lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Engage with participants to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
• Work in fast-paced, people-centered environments
• Adapt to changing conditions and stay calm under pressure

Requirements

• Positive, motivated attitude with a team-first mentality
• Flexibility to work weekends, off-hours, and some holidays
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for community, movement, and supporting others
