Events Marketing Representatives

Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our event marketing sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, working on a team, and earning commission in addition to base pay. You will represent our brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows, retail and big box stores; promoting our industry-leading category 5 high impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners across the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners at events to promote and sell high impact resistant windows and doors
• Generate leads and write appointments
• Represent the brand at various local events, including fairs, festivals, home shows, expos, and retail locations

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset
• Sales-minded and/or experience in lead generation/appointment writing
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Must be available to work either weekdays and/or weekends
• Reliable transportation to event locations
• Bilingual is a plus

Pay

• $15 per hour base pay
• $40 per demo (from lead or appointment)
• $0.67 per mile reimbursement for mileage
• Commission bonuses

Schedule

Available for all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, daytime, and evening hours.
