Overview
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and coordination of trade shows, customer meetings, internal events, and virtual programs
- Aid with event logistics such as registration tracking, attendee lists, materials preparation, travel coordination, and on-site setup
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and sales teams to deliver consistent and engaging brand experiences
- Contribute to the development and review of presentations, signage, promotional materials, and event collateral
- Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets to support efficient project execution
- Conduct research on venues, vendors, and event trends to inform planning decisions
- Provide administrative and project support for meetings, status updates, and follow-up activities
- Gather feedback and performance data to support post-event reporting and continuous improvement
- Maintain organized trackers, calendars, and documentation for marketing and event activities
- Share ideas and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
What You'll Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in marketing, brand management, communications, or event planning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate professionally with stakeholders
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute fresh ideas
- Availability for full-time hours, with flexibility to support events and occasional travel if needed
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required

The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
