Events Manager
Responsibilities
- Execute events including trade shows, internal events, industry events, and partner activations
- Support end-to-end event management: concepting, logistics, vendor coordination, and execution
- Cook up with vendors (AV, catering, venues, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery
- Develop and maintain run-of-show documents, timelines, and event schedules
- Manage event logistics including travel, shipping, setup, and breakdown
- Cook up on-site execution, ensuring seamless delivery and high service standards
- Implement and manage registration, credentialing, and access control systems
- Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints and materials
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve in real time during event execution
- Track budgets, invoices, and event expenses
- Cook up with marketing, design, and leadership teams to align on event goals
- Support post-event wrap-ups including recaps, reporting, and learnings
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience managing events for an organization as an internal event lead
- Experience supporting live events, activations, or productions
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces under tight timelines
- Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed for events
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale or high-visibility events
- Experience in aerospace, tech, or highly regulated industries
- Knowledge of event budgeting and cost tracking
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: California
$31.50 - $44.70 USD
