Events Lead (Part-Time)
Job Description
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tablescapes, décor, signage, and service stations
Support event execution, ensuring timelines and service standards are met
Provide warm, professional guest service throughout events
Assist with food and wine service, including passing trays and maintaining presentation standards
Coordinate with internal teams (culinary, tasting room, operations) to ensure smooth event flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events
Help manage event inventory, including glassware, linens, and supplies
Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve issues to enhance the overall experience
Qualifications
Previous events experience in a restaurant, winery or hospitality environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A polished and professional demeanor
Basic wine knowledge or a willingness to learn
Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification (or ability to obtain)
Working Conditions
Primarily on-site at the winery and event venues
Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Fast-paced, physically active environment
Combination of indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Pay Range
$17.00 - $18.50 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
