About the role

The Events and Experiences team brings the magic of Google to life through physical experiences that make our brand tangible, human, and shareable. You will collaborate across teams and departments to create delightful, one-of-a-kind experiences that leave a lasting impression. As Events Lead, you will drive Google’s global presence and thought leadership at the intersection of AI and health.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program management and operational execution for Google for Health’s presence at anchor industry conferences and Google-owned health summits.
  • Develop playbooks and execute the structural presence strategy, managing critical operational timelines, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
  • Manage complex internal and external relationship networks, serving as the definitive liaison with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to drive a unified “Google for Health” market front.
  • Drive content coordination with key internal partners and support ecosystem and amplification initiatives outside of core events to drive sustained thought leadership and build partner trust.
  • Travel to global events leading our onsite presence and logistics (~10 events per year).

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience working in planning and executing events.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience managing large-scale, high-profile events or thought leadership campaigns in the healthcare or health-tech sector.
  • Experience collaborating across complex internal and external networks, including product, clinical, policy, and external partners.
  • Ability to synthesize complex healthcare and AI concepts into compelling event content and narratives in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Outstanding program management, structural planning, vendor coordination, and budget management skills.
  • Flexible approach to support broader thought leadership and ecosystem engagement initiatives beyond core events.

Qualifications

Pay

$141,000 - $205,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
