Events Lead

Based in Cobb, Cherokee, Bartow, Fulton, Hall, and Dawson County. Part-time position.

About the role

We’re looking for a Sales & Event Lead to help us spread cake joy at local events, markets, and pop-ups. If you're energetic, sales-minded, and love working events while serving up delicious Bundt cakes with passion, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups as a cake-selling superstar.
• Set up and break down event setups, including tables, signage, tents, and cake displays.
• Manage event logistics, track cake inventory, and maintain organization and communication.
• Bring high energy and a sales-driven approach to every conversation—actively engage and close deals.
• Upsell effectively; this is a sales position where you’ll proactively bring the party to customers.
• Stay on your feet, moving and working throughout events.
• Make people fall in love with our cakes (it’s easy—they’re ridiculously good).

Requirements

• Sales-savvy with actual experience (e.g., crushing quotas, retail, or sales-bonus structures).
• Naturally outgoing, tenacious, and full of positive energy.
• Driven and competitive—you like to win and don’t stop until you do.
• Available to work weekends (when the events happen).
• Willing to travel between counties where our bakeries are located.
• Reliable transportation (cake waits for no one).
• Comfortable lifting event supplies, setting up tents, and physical activity.

Pay

• $15/hour Monday–Friday.
• $20/hour for all hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays.
• $20/hour for all hours worked after 8:00 PM on any day.
• Bonus potential for every event based on sales performance.
• Mileage reimbursement: If assigned to a bakery more than 35 miles from your home, you’ll be reimbursed for all miles beyond the initial 35.
