Responsibilities

As an Event Coordinator, you'll serve as a key on-site contact for clients, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly while delivering outstanding hospitality and personalized service.

  • Coordinate and support retreats, meetings, wellness programs, and special events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for group clients during their stay.
  • Manage event logistics, room setups, arrivals/departures, and schedule changes.
  • Partner with Food & Beverage, Spa, Wellness, Recreation, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Proactively resolve guest requests and operational challenges.
  • Support VIP visits, site tours, and post-event follow-up activities.

Position will be onsite in Spicewood, TX beginning 9/21/2026.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in hospitality, events, guest services, resort operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A hospitality-focused professional who is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
