Responsibilities
- Coordinates and markets large events and conferences.
- Schedules and processes event requests developing service requirements and arranging logistics.
- Prepares correspondence, reports, purchase orders, and invoices related to special events.
- Provides on-site customer liaison during events.
- Coordinates post-event review and follow-up contact.
- Participates in the supervision of ambassador student organization.
- Assists with researching and cultivating networking opportunities.
- Acts as representative of Campus Operations and as valued member of Tarleton State as part of The Texas A&M system and performs other duties as assigned, including serving satellite campuses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years of related experience.

- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to be accountable, responsible, and dependable member of the Campus Operations team.
- Ability to work flexible hours and extended schedule to support events and duties that take place outside the normal operating hours.

Pay
Salary: Commensurate with experience. The target base annual salary range is $41,000 up to $45,100 and may be negotiable based on funding availability and candidate experience/skillset in relation to the minimum requirements of this position.
Schedule
Work hours: Mon-Fri; 8 AM-5 PM or as work requirements indicate. Primary location will be on-site at Tarleton State University's Stephenville campus. Travel required to multiple work site locations.
