About the role
The Events Coordinator will plan and execute various events, manage logistics, and ensure smooth execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize events from start to finish
- Manage vendor relationships and logistics
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure event success
- Prepare and present event budgets and financial reports
- Handle event day operations and troubleshoot issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event planning
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
