About the role

The Events Coordinator will plan and execute various events, manage logistics, and ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize events from start to finish
  • Manage vendor relationships and logistics
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure event success
  • Prepare and present event budgets and financial reports
  • Handle event day operations and troubleshoot issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event planning
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
