About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage event logistics and ensure smooth execution
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute events
- Work with vendors and sponsors to manage event sponsorships and relationships
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Handle travel logistics and arrangements as needed
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B corporate event planning and coordination
- Strong attention to detail in managing event logistics
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines across multiple event timelines
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally within marketing, sales, and business teams
Nice to Have
- Experience managing event sponsorships and vendor relationships
- Experience booking speaking engagements and managing travel arrangements
- Inventory management for tradeshow supplies and promotional materials
