About Us

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation. We provide this support free to doctors and patients, helping them get life-changing medicine faster, cheaper, and easier. The resulting network enables biopharma companies to design better research, launch new drugs more effectively, and invest in harder-to-treat conditions.

About The Role

As our Events Coordinator, you will own the operational backbone of one of Forus' most important growth channels. Our event and field marketing program is how we reach providers, build relationships, and expand our network across the country. Your job is to ensure that every conference, workshop, dinner, and event we participate in is executed flawlessly and contributes to that growth. You will make sure every event we attend runs on time, on budget, and on brand, from first shipment to final lead handoff, coordinating vendors, logistics, and stakeholders across sales, marketing, and clinical teams.

  • Own the operational execution of our conference, tradeshow, workshop, dinner, and event presence across dozens of events each year
  • Build and maintain the systems, timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents that ensure every event runs smoothly and every stakeholder stays aligned
  • Coordinate vendors, venues, shipping, A/V, booth services, print materials, travel, staffing, and all other event logistics from planning through execution
  • Manage attendee logistics, staffing plans, travel coordination, and event materials across sales, marketing, clinical, and leadership teams
  • Serve as an on-site operator at key events, ensuring flawless execution and solving problems in real time
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to maximize the value of each event through effective preparation, meeting coordination, and follow-through
  • Own event tracking, calendars, budgets, deadlines, and operational reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience in events, conference logistics, hospitality, operations, recruiting coordination, executive support, or another role requiring exceptional organization and execution
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of managing complex projects with many moving pieces
  • Strong communication skills and comfort coordinating across vendors, conference organizers, and internal stakeholders
  • Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
  • High NPS with your former teammates
