Responsibilities
- Research and identify Events and Shows within our assigned territory
- Negotiate contracts with Event Vendors
- Book and maintain an annual calendar of Events and Shows
- Recruit, hire, and train Event Demonstrators
- Schedule Demonstrators to work Events
- Cover booth and display setup and tear down
- Generate appointments for Free In-Home Consultations at Events and Shows
- Collect contest entries
- Schedule Free In-Home Consultations based on contest entries
- Measure and report event performance results
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate others
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be available to work weekends
Pay
Annual earning potential of $60K–$120K, including uncapped commission opportunities.
Schedule
Must be available to work weekends.
