About the Role

Universal Windows Direct is seeking a Field Marketer (Events) to join our team. This part-time position offers $17-$20/hour plus bonus, with opportunities for advancement. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, have a competitive spirit, and enjoy engaging with people in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential prospects at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire
• Stay up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions
• Display consistent reliability, availability, and professional time management
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts
• Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekends and travel 10%
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours and walk for 4-8 hours

Job Type: Part-time, 20-30 hours per week. Must have a valid driver's license.
