Join our team as a Field Marketer and become a vital part of showcasing Champion Product lines as a brand ambassador to potential clients. This role involves scheduling appointments while canvassing, at home shows, festivals, or event locations, and demonstrating Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential prospects at home shows, conventions, festivals, fairs, and through door-to-door canvassing
• Set residential appointments through door-to-door canvassing
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace
• Stay up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions
• Demonstrate reliability and availability
• Display professional time management
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown at events
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts
• Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekends
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours
• Ability to walk for 4–8 hours
• Willing to travel 10%

Pay

Hourly Base Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour plus commission. High-performing individuals have the potential to earn between $15–$19 an hour in base pay, coupled with a weekly commission ranging from $750 to $1,500 or more.
