Champion Window is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Field Marketer to act as a brand ambassador, engage with potential clients, and schedule appointments at events, home shows, and through canvassing.
About the role
As a Field Marketer, you will demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products, set appointments for the sales team, and contribute to company culture efforts. This dynamic role involves direct client interaction, event participation, and travel.
Responsibilities
- Approach and engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
- Set door-to-door residential appointments
- Maintain company standards for appearance and attire
- Demonstrate a consistent positive attitude in the workplace
- Stay up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions
- Display reliability, availability, and professional time management
- Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team
- Assist with booth setup and breakdown at events
- Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts
- Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
- Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours
- Ability to walk for 4–8 hours
- Willingness to travel 10%
Pay
Hourly base pay: $15.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission. High-performing individuals have the potential to earn between $15–$19 per hour, coupled with a weekly commission ranging from $750 to $1,500 or more. Pay is determined by factors including experience, market location, education, and certifications.
