Events Assistant

Responsibilities

• Supports the planning and execution of events within the LBJ Student Center.
• Coordinates event setups.
• Maintains event furniture and equipment.
• Supervises the student event setup team.
• Works closely with the Event Planning and Event Production teams to ensure spaces are prepared accurately, safely, and on time for a wide variety of events.
• Provides customer service and on-site event support.
• Assists with event technology and audiovisual needs.
• Helps maintain organized inventory and storage of event equipment.
