About the role
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company and client events throughout the Cincinnati area. In this role, you will work closely with our team to help manage event logistics, coordinate activities, interact with attendees and clients, and ensure each event runs smoothly from preparation through completion. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to develop practical skills in event coordination, communication, customer engagement, organization, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of events
- Coordinate event materials, schedules, supplies, and on-site logistics
- Welcome and engage with guests, attendees, and clients in a professional manner
- Support event setup, operation, and breakdown
- Help ensure events remain organized and run according to schedule
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and event participants
- Assist with resolving on-site questions or operational needs
- Maintain a professional and positive representation of Swift 7 Consultants
- Support the team with additional event-related and administrative tasks as needed

Pay
$36,000 – $40,000 annually
