Event & Studio Support Specialist

Role Summary

Delivers support for live events, executive sessions, and studio-based production environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end event support (setup, execution, teardown)
• Support hybrid events (in-person + virtual)
• Manage studio production workflows (live + recorded)
• Provide VIP/executive support during critical events
• Cook up coordination with marketing, communications, and business teams

Key Skills

• Live event production and AV operations
• Studio tools and workflows (audio/video mixing, switching)
• - TriCaster Production, Multi-Cam
• Hybrid event platforms (Teams/Zoom/Vbrick)
• Podcast Bean & Poll Everywhere Audience Response System
• Ability to operate in high-pressure, zero-failure environments
• Certifications (Preferred): Relevant AVIXA certification (CTS)
• Event production certifications (nice to have)

Education

• Bachelor's / Diploma in Media, AV Production, or related field
