The Crown & Palm Group is hiring an Event Staff member for an immediate start in Miami. This entry-level role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment. You will support promotional events, engage directly with customers, and contribute to sales initiatives while representing client brands with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands during promotional events and customer engagement activities
• Support customer acquisition and sales initiatives during live events
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and daily event operations
• Create a welcoming and positive experience for customers
• Help achieve individual and team sales objectives
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
• Work closely with team members and leadership to ensure successful event execution

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or events is helpful but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
