Event Staff - Fan Experience Convention

Responsibilities

• Aid in event day preparations and execution.
• Ensure proper entry by collecting and scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing traffic.
• Screen guests during entry using bag searching, hand wand, or metal detector, and ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff, and venue assets by monitoring for security breaches and providing escorts for unruly guests.
• Understand and adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations specific to different venues and events.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance guests' entertainment experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licenses may be required based on state and local laws.
• Background investigation and drug/alcohol test required.
• Good independent judgment and discretion.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
